June Wishlist

11 June 2015

Wishlist time! Haven't done one in a little while, but there's been a few bits that have caught my eye recently...

Firstly this dress is just too cute, I adore the mix of patterns and colours and I think the shape would be really flattering on. I also think it would look really nice layered over a shirt of some form when it's colder, and it looks way more expensive than it is - so a generally very justifiable piece!

I also love the Miss Guided Co-Ord, which I think would be really versatile - so easy to dress up or down. I always consistently buy dresses as well, so this would be a nice change and then you get the two pieces out of it - top link here and trouser link here.

Staying with separates these flared trousers, also from Miss Guided, are really gorgeous! As those of you who have watched my May Haul from last month will know I have a similar pair I bought from H&M recently, but they've already gotten slightly too big! I'm thinking of genuinely ordering another pair two sizes smaller so I can wear them when I get to my target weight as they're so comfy and I've barely had them off, but the H&M ones are £50, whereas these look fairy similar and are less than half the price at £20!

The last clothing item on this wish list is this gorgeous Topshop raincoat - how adorable! I wanted this about a month ago and then it went out of stock, but it seems to be back in, so I best stop typing here and move to check out quickly before it vanishes again!

On to the beauty stuff...

I'm having a bit of a Kevyn Aucoin love in at the moment and the Bloody Gorgeous Gift Set is top of my list - though I couldn't seem to get a non-fuzzy picture of it to feature here! It's £100 which is a lot of money upfront but for 6 products it's actually great value for money, so completely justifiable...

Lynsey and I were swatching in SpaceNK the other day and we just so happened to pick up the Loose Shimmer Shadows - well it was love at first swatch, let me tell you! Super shimmery, velvety feeling shadows in a rollerball which you can basically swipe across your eyes and go. There were no dud shades at all and if every colour option they have magically appeared in my make up collection I'd be a happy girl! I honestly have no idea why I haven't heard more about these because they are just beautiful!

Also from Kevyn Aucoin is the Sensual Skin Enhancer. This is a product I've been lusting after for ages and going back and forth over, but I definitely intend to bite the bullet sometime soon and finally buy it. Full coverage is my bag, so I feel it's a worthy addition!

And from Kevyn Aucoin to Tarte. Firstly, there's the Tartelette palette, which I keep coming back to. I definitely don't need another neutral palette but the fact this one is all matte just makes it so tempting. I talked in my April favourites video from last year about how impressed I was with the Tarte eyeshadows I picked up in Florida last time so I definitely want to add more to my collection. I probably won't pick this up till I go to Florida in August, because I'm sure I can manage without it till then but it's definitely high up on my Sephora shopping list.

There's a few more Tarte bits, not pictured is the full coverage foundation which I absolutely have to get when I land in the US in August, anything with the phrase 'full coverage' gets my pulse racing a little bit but I don't want to risk the colour match online, though I'm sure it's my usual 'the lightest shade you have and it'll probably still be a bit too dark please'.

I've got a post coming about the Tarte Lights Camera Lashes mascara in the next few days, which I, spoiler alert, loved and as a result I definitely want a few more Tarte mascaras - not sure which to pick between Lights Camera Flashes or the Gifted mascara. Maybe both?! I have far too many mascaras to get through right now, I'm trying to keep them not open and just have one at a time to get through so I certainly don't need to add any extras into my stash but we'll see!

What are you lusting after just now?

  1. You need the KA sensual skin enhancer! I just got it (shade SX01 is perfect for super pale people like me) and it lasts so well throughout the day - I generally mix it with the Le Blanc de Chanel to sheer it out a bit. Definitely a worthwhile investment as it will last you literally years!
