Necklace - H&M
Trousers - Boohoo
Shoes - Topshop

Did you know Nicola Roberts has these shoes? I didn't buy them because of that, I actually saw her in a magazine with them after I bought them - but I won't pretend it didn't make me feel exceptionally smug. I always like the ginger one in any group, and ginger hair mixed with her excellent fashion taste (if I do say so myself) makes her prime girl crush material for me. Ergo, it makes me sad that recently I don't see her popping up in magazines quite as much. Despite Girls Aloud being no more (can't say I was that upset about that) Nicola still retains her excellent instincts for fashion, I presume, so there is no reason in my books for the way that she doesn't grace the pages of my reads anymore (in case you can't tell I'm much more upset about that). There's still twitter for regular stalking though...

Ode to Nicola Roberts aside, let's chat about the trousers. Bright, right? The pockets mean there's a little 'puff' of spare material at the top, which isn't necessarily the most flattering but they're bloody comfy. Plus it means I can eat whatever I want. Since purchasing the 'jogger' trousers I wore in this post I've been after another pair and Boohoo delivered.

I'm still after these ones which I think I'll pick up soon, and I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed that a faux leather version of these babies comes out. I love them a lot but £150 seems too much when I'm 99% sure that this is a phase I'm currently going through and that I'll have ditched the jogger trousers by, oh, Christmas time of this year... Actually, maybe I've got enough time to get enough wear out of them before now that I could justify it... Oh I don't know! Can someone just buy me them so I don't need to feel guilty about parting with over £100 for something that really is just fast fashion?!

  5. Love those shoes. I totally agree about Nicola Roberts, her style is always cool. Infinitely more stylish than Cheryl who gets all the press.
